Overnight oats

This is my go to breakfast. It’s quick, easy and tasty. I bag up about a weeks worth at a time so all I have to do is add milk and pop in the fridge. Then I zap it in the microwave for a couple of minutes (or eat cold if that’s the way you like it). Easy peasy.

The recipe is:
1/2 cup quick oats
Half a scoop of protein powder (I’ve used vanilla and choc, both taste good)
Half a tablespoon of chai seeds
3/4 cup of almond milk (I’m using skim milk at the moment cus I’m poor)

Mix it all together. Pop it in the fridge overnight and it’s ready to go in the morning.
